Ingrid was born in Bergen, Norway. She started ballet at the age of 6 at her local ballet school. At the age of 12 she was accepted into the Classical Ballet Program at Bergen’s School of Fine Art. In 2018 she moved to London after being accepted into London Studio Centre’s Classical Ballet pathway. She graduated in 2021 having gained a First Class Honours Degree in Classical Ballet.

As part of her final year of training she performed with Images Ballet Company, working with well known classical ballet choreographers. Since graduating Ingrid has performed with companies such as Surrey Youth Ballet, Capital Ballet and Etoile Ballet Theatre.

Ingrid teaches for Jumpup on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays in Hampstead.
